NGFP alumni are a hallmark of the program's success and its value for the broader nuclear security community. Alumni often grow to positions of leadership and make significant contributions to DOE and NNSA programs. Alumni have also taken their experience back to DOE National Laboratories where they are strengthening the connection between the scientific research conducted in the field and the policy decisions that drive and influence these efforts. Every year, NGFP hosts an alumni forum to invite former and current fellow, as well as leaders from the nuclear security community, to come together to share career experiences and build a lasting network of future leaders for our nation's nuclear security mission.
